Program Services Description -
All the Little Things Count/Country provides all of the above listed services. An individual plan of care (IPC) is developed for each person enrolled in the program. This plan of care is based upon his/her special needs. Day habilitation, vocational training and supported employment are important aspects of our services for adults. We also provide extended school services for minor children. One of our important goals is to strengthen family bonds regardless of whether the enrolled individual is served in a group home, foster companion home or in their own family environment.
The individuals who are served in these programs strive to acquire, retain and/or improve self-help skills necessary to reside outside institutions and nursing homes. In addition to assisting in the above areas, All the Little Things Count/Country provides age appropriate training, experiences and activities that enhance self-esteem and maximize an individual’s functioning level.
