"Mr. Paul" was the first on site when the company was formed, as he was formerly employed by the previous building owner, Chocolate Bayou Water Company. Like others, it was a calling. From experience with dealing with MS first hand, Paul came to support ATLTC and provides property maintenance support for day habs and the group homes, including maintenance for all the transportation vehicles
